Eric Dome has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Eric started their career as a Creative Supervisor at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where they worked from 1998 to 2001. After that, they joined The Martin Agency as an Associate Creative Director, where they stayed for over 12 years.
In 2014, Eric became a Creative Director at ViTRO, a highly creative boutique agency in San Diego. During their time there, they oversaw a team of creatives and worked on notable accounts such as Kaplan University, Massey Ferguson, and National Veterinary Associates.
Eric later freelanced at Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners in 2016, where they contributed to social and experiential campaigns for brands like Reyka Vodka, Flor de Cana Rum, and Morningstar Farms. Eric then joined Renovate America as a Creative Director/Copywriter, leading their in-house team and launching their new website, while also creating b-to-b and b-to-c campaigns.
From 2018 to 2019, Eric became a self-employed Freelance Creative Director/Copywriter. Eric worked with various agencies, handling traditional, digital, and social campaigns for clients such as 22Squared, Bloomin’ Brands, Spark, RP3 Agency, Huge, Subject Matter, BusinessOnline, Schafer & Sons. Notable clients during this period include Carrabba's Italian Grill, PetSmart Charities, AdventHealth, Giant Food Stores, HouseCall Pro, and Polk Audio.
Most recently, Eric joined BOL Agency in 2019 as their Creative Director, where they currently hold the position.
Eric Dome graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
