Caroline Prick

Caroline Prick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and sustainability in the retail sector, currently serving as the Commercial Director for Electronics, Toys, Books, and Do it yourself at bol since July 2022. In this role, Caroline Prick leads the transformation towards a purpose-led organization focused on sustainability while overseeing areas such as media relations, public affairs, and internal communications. Prior to this, Caroline Prick held various leadership positions at bol.com, including Director Partner Engagement, where responsibilities included establishing a department for partner success and significantly increasing partner Net Promoter Scores. Caroline Prick's experience spans over a decade at PostNL, where numerous e-commerce initiatives were implemented, driving innovation in delivery services. Educationally, Caroline Prick holds an MBA from Tias Nimbas Business School and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
