Eoin Griffin

Eoin Griffin has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Eoin is currently serving as the Head Of Operations at BOL foods, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Eoin worked at L'Oréal where they held various positions, including Divisional Head of Planning from December 2019 to May 2022, Luxe Supply & Launch Planning Manager from February 2017 to December 2019, and PPD Supply Chain Project Manager from February 2016 to February 2017. Previous to L'Oréal, Eoin worked at Smurfit Kappa UK, where they held roles such as Supply Chain Manager from April 2014 to February 2016, Capacity Manager from March 2013 to March 2014, Business Analyst from October 2008 to March 2013, and Systems Coordinator from July 2006 to September 2008.

Eoin Griffin started their education at Crescent College Comprehensive from 1996 to 2002, where they completed their secondary school. Eoin then went on to University College Dublin from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Economics. Following that, from 2006 to 2007, Eoin pursued a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland. In 2007, they attended ACCA and completed a Higher Diploma in Financial Management (Dip FM) until 2008.
