Gary Liu

Gary Liu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant technology and payments sectors. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Tonic POS since June 2022, Gary has been a pivotal figure in revolutionizing the restaurant industry since co-founding HotSauce POS in 1998 alongside Michael Lapid. As President of the ISV/VAR Channel at BOLD Integrated Payments since January 2009, Gary has contributed significantly to the expansion of payment solutions. Previously, as President and CEO of Giv360 from January 2013 to December 2016, Gary led initiatives to enhance fundraising for nonprofits through innovative mobile and payment technologies. Gary's career began as Co-Founder and VP of Sales at HotSauce Technologies, a prominent provider of point of sale software. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University.
