Daniel Brown

Daniel Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel is currently the VP of Operations, Agency Partners at Bold Penguin since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PURE Group of Insurance Companies, where they held various roles including Vice President, Alliance Partnerships, AVP, Regional Underwriting Manager, and Underwriting Manager from 2019 to 2022. Before joining PURE Group, Daniel was a Territory Sales Director and Senior Underwriter at Nationwide Private Client from 2016 to 2019. Daniel also gained experience at Chubb as a Portfolio Underwriter III, Sales Distribution Specialist, and Underwriting Trainee/Underwriter I/Underwriter II from 2013 to 2016. Daniel'searly career includes working as a Personal Banking Representative at TD from 2010 to 2013 and a STEM Research Internship at Rutgers University in 2012. Daniel's expertise lies in operations, partnerships, underwriting, sales, and banking.

Daniel Brown, CRM, CPRIA completed their Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science at Rutgers University from 2009 to 2013. Daniel also obtained several certifications, including Certified Risk Manager from The Institutes in 2018. Recently, they completed additional certifications such as Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School and Leading with Data and Analytics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2022. Daniel also obtained a certification in Building and Leading Effective Teams from Columbia Business School in 2020.
