Jennifer Skelley

Jennifer Skelley, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Operations Lead at Bold Reuse since January 2024, Jennifer previously held several key positions at Amplify from October 2014 to October 2023, including Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations and various director roles in commercial operations and print production. Prior to Amplify, Jennifer was the Owner of Intoxicating Confections Inc., a local cupcake business, and has also worked in production management at comiXology and as a Regional Production Manager at Platts. Jennifer's career began in graphic design and bookkeeping, with significant early roles at The ADDS Company USA Inc. and Blue Water Media. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from Penn State University and recently completed a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business.
