Kartar R. has a diverse work experience in the field of database administration. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Senior Technical Support at Convergys/Microsoft, providing technical support for Microsoft products. In 2011, they joined HCL Technologies as an Analyst, where they were responsible for migrating and administering SQL databases. Kartar then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst, handling the technical and administration aspects of the company's SQL Database infrastructure. In 2014, Kartar R. joined Navisite as an Associate Consultant, where they were part of a core DBA team providing 24X7 support. Kartar worked on setting up clusters, handling standalone builds, and troubleshooting day-to-day issues. Kartar continued their career at HCL Technologies as an Associate Consultant before moving on to roles at Navisite, Rackspace, and BOLD, where they currently serve as a Project Lead and DBA.

Kartar R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which was completed from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA: SQL Server 2012, MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance, and Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
