Carolyn Deaderick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership within both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Planner for Women Peace and Security at Torch Technologies, Inc. and a member of the Advisory Board for The Charles F. Bolden Group, Carolyn has previously held significant roles including Program Executive at SapientONE and a Marine Corps Officer for nearly three decades. Notable positions include Director of Human Capital at United States Strategic Command, where oversight was provided for 162,000 personnel and substantial budgets, as well as Commander of Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Carolyn holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Strategic Studies from the Marine Corps War College and a Master's degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego.
