Jeri Buchholz

Jeri Buchholz is an experienced strategic advisor and thought leader specializing in leadership, goal achievement, and persistence. Since November 2016, Jeri has been self-employed, offering strategic advisory services to individuals and organizations focused on intentional growth. Current roles include serving as a strategic advisor for The Charles F. Bolden Group and previously holding the position of president of the Encore Opera Company. Jeri's extensive career includes critical roles at NASA as the Assistant Administrator for Human Capital and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as the Associate Director for Human Resources Operations and Policy, alongside leadership positions in various organizations focused on human capital management. Jeri holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
