Shelly Freeman has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Shelly began their career in 2002 as the Director of Global Account Management at Globys, Inc. (formerly VeriSign). In this role, they were responsible for managing and cultivating major client relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction, driving new client revenue and maintaining existing monthly revenue. Shelly was also the Senior Director of Globys APAC, where they developed profitable and sustainable growth within key accounts in the region, and achieved 143% of professional service sales targets. In 2013, they joined Sterling (formerly known as TalentWise) as the Vice President of Account Management and Customer Care, where they led strategic account management, business relationship management, sales engineer and customer care teams across North America, Mumbai and Manila. Shelly also improved customer satisfaction scores from 4.3 to 4. In 2017, they became the President, CEO and Board Member of BoldIQ, as well as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President and General Manager.
Shelly Freeman attended Pacific Lutheran University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Corporate Communications. Shelly then attended the University of Washington from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive MBA.
