Ryan Guice has a strong background in RF engineering and communication systems. Ryan is currently working at Mobilitie as an RF Manager. Prior to that, they worked at T-Mobile as a Sr. RF Engineer from 2015 to 2022, where they led the RF engineering team for the Southern California Area Venue team and oversaw venue designs and approvals. Ryan also was the RF lead on LAX projects. Before their time at T-Mobile, they held roles at Kineticom as an RF LTE Engineer III, Repeated Signal Solutions as a Sr. RF Engineer, ARQ as an RF Engineer, and MobileNet Services as an RF Engineer and Associate RF Engineer. Their responsibilities in these roles included designing, commissioning, and maintaining systems for various clients, performing site walks and testing, and creating reports and procedures. Ryan's early career also includes experience at Northrop Grumman Information Systems as a Communication Systems Engineer and The Aerospace Corporation as an Intern, where they worked on communication system studies and developed courses related to evolutionary computation.
Ryan Guice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in the field. In October 2013, they received a CommScope AT&T 5-Step Commissioning certification from CommScope. Ryan further advanced their qualifications in July 2014 by obtaining an iBwave Level 3 certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. Ryan added to their skillset by acquiring a Corning Mobile Access AT&T 5-Step Commissioning certification from Corning Optical Communication - Wireless Division in October 2014. In December 2014, they obtained a TE Connectivity AT&T 5-Step Commissioning certification from TE Connectivity. Lastly, they received a SOLiD Commissioning certification from SOLiD Technologies in February 2015.
