Tonya Hayes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and contract law. Currently serving as a Real Estate Contract Specialist/Attorney at Mobilitie since August 2016, Tonya focuses on research and analysis of land titles, negotiating construction real estate transactions in compliance with regulations. Prior roles include Contract Attorney at Special Counsel/Fifth Third Bank, where analysis and auditing ensured compliance with laws, and Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration, drafting legal opinions on state issues. Tonya began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Riley McLendon, handling due diligence and contract negotiation, and previously managed operations as a Managing Partner at Grant Hayes and Associates, P.C.
