Hayley Boling, MBA, COE has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Hayley began their career as the Chief Executive Officer at Boling Vision Center in 2009, where they currently hold the position. In 2011, they also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at INSIGHT Surgery Center. In addition to their executive roles, they co-founded and served as the Board President for Elkhart Education Foundation, Inc. starting in 2013. Hayley has also contributed to various publications, including Administrative Eyecare Magazine and Ophthalmology Management Magazine, as a contributing author. Hayley is an Advisory Board Member for BSM Consulting and has served in leadership roles for ASOA's Administrator's Beginners Circle (ABC) and ASOA's AE Magazine.
