Matthew Cooper

Matthew Cooper has extensive experience in property management and building surveying, currently serving as the Corporate Property Manager at Bolsover District Council since December 2006. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Building Surveyor at William Hill from November 2005 to November 2006, focusing on reactive repairs and refurbishments, as well as managing statutory testing and asbestos control. Matthew's earlier experience includes serving as Site Auditors at Atkins from August 2000 to July 2005, where responsibilities included conducting desktop and site audits of maintenance works to ensure quality control and value for money. Matthew holds a BSc in Building Surveying and an HND in Building Studies, both from Birmingham City University.
