Roger Kerse

Roger Kerse is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and consulting. As the Founder and Developer at Bolt since January 2014, Roger has specialized in creating complex software solutions for various platforms. Co-founding UNIspotter in May 2015, Roger contributed to a mobile platform designed to connect students with universities, enhancing the university application process. Roger served as a Lecturer for Smartphone Applications at Tallinn University of Technology from September 2013 to December 2018 and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at the European Innovation Academy from June 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, Roger co-founded Learning Places, which aids students in finding suitable Master's and MBA programs, and has experience as an IT mentor. A knowledgeable developer with a Master's degree in Informatics from TalTech, Roger's background includes roles in programming and automated testing at NORTAL and as a founding developer at Sentab Estonia.
