Richard Smith

Richard Smith is an accomplished technology executive with a diverse background in roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CTO, Director, and Investor at Bolt since July 2023, Richard has also held the position of CEO at Formulate Digital since October 2014. As Managing Director of Remarkable Dynamics since May 2017, Richard focuses on solving business challenges through Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, CRM, and Power BI. Richard founded LiquidityChain in February 2017 and served as its CTO until March 2020, facilitating connections between portfolio managers and brokerage intermediaries. Previous roles include consulting for Creative Technologist Ltd and technical leadership positions at uniteform, Protected Solutions, EDS Defence, and Megabyte. Richard's education includes a BTeC First/National degree in Electronics from Southampton ITeC.
