Luke Mason

Luke Mason is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Bolt since September 2024. Previously, Luke held the position of Global Head of Executive Recruitment at Technicolor Creative Studios from July 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition positions at Coit Group, Associate Director at bpesearch, Senior Consultant at Hoggett Bowers, and Executive Search Consultant at Hunter-Miller. Luke started the career as a Senior Consultant at Skills Alliance. Educational background includes an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London, an MSc in CIPD from the University of Westminster, and a BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from Keele University.
