Ken Chen

Ken Chen is an accomplished industrial and product designer with a diverse background in robotics and technology. As the founder of BOLTBOLT since December 2021, Ken has leveraged previous experiences at Advanced Robotics Corp. where, as a co-founder and product designer, a medication dispensing robot named Caduceus was developed, earning the 2021 International Design Award. Prior roles include industrial design at NewDealDesign for notable tech companies, a sponsored project with ASUS to design a laptop for creative professionals, and contributions as an industrial designer at UBTECH Robotics focusing on medical robots. Ken also gained valuable experience as a designer intern at Xiaomi, where a conceptual smartphone was designed and patented. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design, complemented by a year at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
