Ian Hall

Ian Hall (MCIPHE) is an experienced plumbing educator and consultant with over 30 years in the industry. Currently, Ian serves as a Plumbing Gas and Renewable Heating Tutor at Bolton College since August 2021 and has operated I Hall Education Consultancy since June 2017, specializing in plumbing qualifications. Ian's previous roles include Deputy Head of Construction and Plumbing Tutor at Tameside College, Deputy Head of Department at Wigan & Leigh College and University Centre, and Senior Plumbing Tutor Assessor at The Manchester College, where responsibilities included curriculum development for plumbing and heating diplomas. Ian's foundational experience includes a lengthy tenure as a Plumber/Gas Engineer at Bolton at Home, coupled with a Diploma of Education attained from the University of Sunderland.
