Nick Grahek, P.E. has a diverse work experience history. Nick worked at Bolton & Menk, Inc. from 2020 to the present, initially as an Aviation Design Engineer and then as a Project Engineer. In their role as an Aviation Design Engineer, they served as the Resident Project Representative for a $2M Runway Reconstruction project, successfully coordinating with various stakeholders and overseeing the construction of a turf runway. This project improved drainage, airfield safety, and increased access on the airfield. Prior to Bolton & Menk, Inc., Nick worked as a Project Engineer at Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Nick also served in the United States Air Force ROTC from 2014 to 2018, holding the positions of Wing Commander and Cadet. Additionally, Nick gained internship experience at Twin Ports Testing as a Civil Engineering Intern and at A'viands as a Human Resources Intern. Nick also worked as a Summer Ambassador at the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2017.
Nick Grahek, P.E. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth from the years 2014 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they are also certified as a Professional Engineer by the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID, obtained in July 2023. Prior to obtaining their professional engineering license, Nick Grahek, P.E. also obtained certification as an Engineer In Training from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in December 2020.
