Teresa Burgess

Teresa Burgess has extensive work experience in civil engineering and public works. From 2003 to the present, they have served as a Senior Project Engineer at Bolton & Menk. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they were the Public Works Director and City Engineer at the City of Chanhassen. Starting in 1997, Teresa worked as an Assistant City Engineer at the City of Burnsville until 2000.

Teresa Burgess attended South Dakota State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in engineering.
