Ram Vivek Makkuva

Ram Vivek Makkuva, Ph.D., is an accomplished scientific researcher currently affiliated with Boltzmann Labs since November 2024. Previously, Ram served as a Senior Researcher at Sai Life Sciences Ltd from September 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a range of roles at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, encompassing DBT-BINC SRF, DBT-BINC JRF, and TATA CSIR-OSDD Fellowship positions from 2014 to 2020, as well as serving as Project Assistant -III from 2012 to 2014. Ram's educational background features a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioinformatics from Pondicherry University, alongside a Master of Technology in Bioinformatics from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from GITAM Deemed University. Educational journey began at Nalanda Talent School and continued through Visakha Junior College/Kaizen Academy.
