Jorko Maijenburg

Jorko Maijenburg has a wide range of experience working as a Chief Engineer with various companies in the port of Rotterdam. Their expertise includes installation and maintenance work on different types of main engines and propulsion systems onboard harbor tugs. Prior to their role as a Chief Engineer, Jorko worked in various positions such as Brug & sluiswachter, Centralist i.o. alarmcentrale, and Driver/Loader Catering. Jorko has pursued a diverse range of education in ship management, engine room resource management, and maritime engineering. Jorko's career began in the late 1980s with roles as an Oilman, Assistant Engineer, and 3rd Engineer on board different vessels.
