Pat Welch

Pat Welch is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boly:Welch, an organization established in January 1986 that specializes in customized recruiting and consulting solutions for employers in the Portland metro area. In addition to this role, Pat serves on the Board of Directors for Bridge Meadows, focusing on fundraising and advocacy for intergenerational community development, and has co-chaired a $4 million capital campaign to build new facilities. Pat is also an Executive Board Member and former Board Chair for CASA for Children of Multnomah, Washington, & Columbia Counties, participating in significant fundraising events. Prior experience includes work as a Recruiter and Account Executive at Murphy, Symonds and Stowell, an executive search firm, from June 1975 to December 1985. Educational background includes a BS in Filmmaking from Boston University and a liberal arts college preparatory education from University Liggett School.
