Bill Shaw

Bill Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bill currently works as the Director of Data Platform at Bombas since November 2021. Previously, they held various roles at Dell, starting as a Systems Administrator at Viewpoint Datalabs in 1995. Bill then served as the Network Manager at Vantage Controls from 1997 to 1999. At NEC, they worked as a Senior System Engineer from 1999 to 2001, and later moved on to Ccc Network Systems as a Senior System Engineer from 2001 to 2002. At Dell, they held several positions including Technical Account Manager, Manager of Technical Account Representatives, Global Business Intelligence Manager, Senior Manager of the Dell Data Warehouse, Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence, Director of Platform Reliability Engineering, and finally Director of Data Strategy. Throughout their roles at Dell, they were responsible for various aspects of data strategy and management, leading global teams, driving cost savings, and ensuring the availability and performance of data platforms. Bill Shaw has extensive experience in data management and strategy, as well as leadership roles in global organizations.

Bill Shaw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. Bill also holds a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University.
