Ntombifuthi Shabangu

Ntombifuthi Shabangu is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in system support and desktop engineering. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Support member at Bombela Operating Company (PTY) LTD since November 2022, Ntombifuthi responds to and resolves end-user helpdesk requests and installs in-house applications. Concurrently, with iSON Xperiences Ltd since October 2020, responsibilities include installing hardware and software components. Additionally, Ntombifuthi has been a Desktop Support Administrator at Bytes People Solutions since August 2016, performing similar hardware and software installation tasks. An educational foundation includes an NQF 5 System Support Engineer qualification, MCSA certification in Server 2012, and a Diploma in IT, Web Design, and Development from Majuba College.
