Erica Prado

Erica Prado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and financial management. Currently serving as Diretora de Governança e Compliance and Diretora Administrativa Financeira at Brick Investimentos since May 2012, Erica oversees key departments including Controladoria, Tesouraria, and RH. Erica is also a member of the Conselho Fiscal at Bombril and previously held the position of Finance Manager/Controller at Quilombo Empreendimentos e Participações. With a strong background at AmBev, covering roles such as Taxes Manager and Project Manager, and earlier experience as Coordinator of Sales Administration at Vocal - Volvo, Erica demonstrates expertise in accounting, auditing, project management, and corporate restructuring.
