Katherine Jones has built a robust career in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Manager of Business Development and previously as the Director of Catering at Bon Appétit Management Company since August 2010. Katherine has held multiple roles within the company, including restaurant manager and senior catering operations manager. Prior to this, Katherine worked as an Event and Banquet Manager at Marriott Hotels and as a Restaurant and Bar Manager during the transition from Hyatt to Marriott Hotels Corporation. Katherine's experience also includes serving as a Restaurant Guest Service Manager at Walt Disney World. Katherine holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
