Monica Escalante-Silva is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the National Senior Human Resources Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company since 2023, Monica specializes in strategic HR initiatives, including talent development, training, and recruitment. Prior roles include Director of Talent & Culture at The Ameswell Hotel, Director of People & Culture at both Hersha Hospitality Management and Sage Hospitality Group, and Director of Human Resources at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities spanned HR functions from recruitment to employee relations.
