Zoe Kelly, MPH CPHQ, is a seasoned professional in public health and behavioral health quality management, currently serving as the Behavioral Health Quality Manager at Bon Secours Charity Health System, Inc. since June 2022. Prior experience includes Project Director at The Institute for Family Health, where responsibilities involved program goal establishment and performance improvement activities. As Education Program Manager at Fearless! Hudson Valley, Inc., Zoe managed a team and developed training on intimate partner violence and trauma, impacting over 1,000 individuals. Previous roles include Wellness Resource Coordinator at the Mental Health Association in Ulster County, Care Coordinator at The Bridge, and Wellness Coach at The Wellness Team LLC, all emphasizing patient-centered care and education.
