Deborah Kendziorski

Deborah Kendziorski has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Deborah'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Workforce Planning/Labor Efficiency at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Financial Operations Excellence at the same company. Before joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, Deborah worked as the VP of Operations Finance at Ensemble Health Partners.
