James Degloria

James DeGloria has over 15 years of work experience in the field of compliance and healthcare. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Revenue Cycle Compliance at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Prior to that, they worked at Stony Brook Medicine as the Director of Hospital Compliance for three years. James also served as the Entity Compliance Officer for Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center & Good Samaritan Nursing Home, as well as St. Charles Hospital & St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center at Catholic Health Services. Earlier in their career, James worked at New York Downtown Hospital as the Chief Compliance Officer & Privacy Officer, as well as a Manager of Corporate Compliance. James also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Colleran, O'Hara & Mills L.L.P. and as a Corporate Finance/Legal Intern at IMG (International Management Group).

James DeGloria, JD, CHC, CHPC completed their B.B.A in Finance at Hofstra University from 1999 to 2003. James then went on to earn their Doctor of Law degree (JD) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating in 2006.
