Brad Jeffrey

Brad Jeffrey has over 30 years of work experience in sales and retail management. Brad currently serves as the Director of Retail Sales, Americas at Bona AB, where they are responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy for the Americas region. Prior to their current role, Brad held various positions at Spectrum Brands, Inc, including Senior Director of Sales / Target Team Leader and DVP / Senior Director of Sales / Walmart Team Leader. Brad also worked as the Director of Sales Walmart- Homecare at Reckitt Benckiser. Before that, Brad spent four years at Continental Mills as the Walmart Team Leader, Co-National Sales Manager. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Team Leader - Kroger / Meijer and National Account Manager - Walmart at Reckitt Benckiser. Brad's earlier work experience includes roles at The Dial Corporation, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Solo Cup Company. Throughout their career, Brad has achieved financial targets, managed P/L, developed sales strategies, and fostered strong business relationships. Brad has a proven track record of increasing sales and distribution, leveraging market data, and implementing successful retail strategies.

Brad Jeffrey has a BA degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Iowa.
