Fredrik Akesson

Fredrik Akesson has a wealth of experience in production management and specialist roles in the manufacturing industry. Fredrik started their career at Bona Kemi AB in 1988 as a Laboratory Technician and then worked their way up to become a Production Technician. From September 2005 to April 2006, they served as the Acting Production Manager before transitioning into a production specialist role, where they set up and validated a new factory and trained operators. In 2007, Fredrik joined BonaKemi USA, Inc. as a Production Manager before moving to Bona AB in the same role later that year. In their current position, Fredrik is responsible for production and deliveries worldwide, strategic planning and optimization, stock management, cost calculation, and investments.

Fredrik Akesson has a diverse education history. In 1986, they attended Varnhem High School and obtained a Highschool degree in Chemical Laboratory Technician. From 1988 to 1998, Fredrik studied at SIFU, specializing in Staff Management Continuation. In 1997, they attended SIFU again to further their knowledge in Staff Management. In 2001, Fredrik pursued a course in Fierfighting and emergency response at Raddningsverket. Additionally, they attended Executive Foundation Lund in 2010, focusing on business skills and economics. Lastly, in 2013, Fredrik participated in Bona's Future Talent Program at Bona.
