Dr. Curt Bonafiglia

Dr. Curt Bonafiglia has a wide range of experience in the field of organizational effectiveness and talent development. Dr. Curt is currently the Vice President of People & Organizational Effectiveness at BonaDent Dental Laboratories. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Development & Learning at thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas from 2015 to 2020, where they led the design and implementation of integrated HR processes to attract, develop, and retain highly engaged employees. Before that, they held various roles at McKesson from 2004 to 2015, including Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership Development, where they led the development and implementation of the organizational effectiveness and talent management strategy for a $100 billion business unit. Dr. Curt also served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Customer Operations, leading initiatives that resulted in a significant reduction in employee turnover and improved workforce engagement. Prior to McKesson, Dr. Bonafiglia worked as a Consulting Psychologist at Corporate Psychology Resources/TalentQuest, where they provided consulting services to global clients and designed performance improvement programs.

Dr. Curt Bonafiglia has a Psy.D in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Dr. Curt also holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Bonafiglia has obtained several certifications, including a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2018, a Strategic Organizational Design certification from USC Marshall Center for Effective Organizations in 2012, and an Effective Talent Management certification from USC Marshall Center for Effective Organizations in 2010. Dr. Bonafiglia is also proficient in various assessments such as Hogan, TalentQ, MBTI, DiSC, HBDI, 16PF, and 360 Assessments.
