Jim Leasure

Jim Leasure is a seasoned project and technical support manager with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Corporate Project Manager at Bonafide Medical Group since November 2022, Jim previously held roles as a Technical Support and Account Management Leader in 2022, and at TeleTracking from September 2016 to September 2022, where Jim served as Director of Technical Account Management and Director of Technical Support. Prior experience includes managerial positions at HighJump Software's TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group and McKesson Automation, Inc., where Jim earned Six Sigma Blackbelt certification. Jim began a career in customer support as Help Desk Supervisor at CareCentric. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
