Amery Burnham has worked in the field of organizational development for over 25 years. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Judicial Coordinator for Endispute. Amery then moved to Lotus Development Corporation where they held various roles from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they joined The Jacobson Group as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Co-Director of the Teaming Practice in 1998. In 2000, they took on a Senior Consultant role at Interliant. From 2007 to present, they have served as a Doctoral Research Fellow at Harvard's Learning Innovation Lab. From 2003 to present, they have been the Director of Research and Program Development at Burnham Rosen Group, where they have developed and run a research practice area focused on identifying performance differentiators, automated and created a practice area around an Organization Culture Survey, and supported clients in the development of systematic and holistic programs.
Amery Burnham has a diverse educational background. Amery completed their MEd in Cognitive Neuroscience of Learning at Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2008. Prior to that, they studied Anthropology: Mythopoesis at Vassar College from 1987 to 1991. Before that, they earned their A levels in Physics, Maths, Applied Maths, and Biology at Benenden from 1980 to 1988.
