Nilesh Jaiswal

Nilesh Jaiswal is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Bonatrans Group a.s. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nilesh served as Deputy General Manager QA at Sonalika, where responsibilities included the development of new parts and conducting supplier audits. Nilesh has extensive experience in quality assurance, having held positions such as Head of Quality Assurance at Windals Precision Private Limited, QA Manager at Dana Incorporated, and Deputy Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra. Additional roles include Section Manager at John Deere and Senior Engineer at ZF Group, along with earlier positions as Quality Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, AVTEC Limited, and Bosch. Nilesh holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Yavatmal, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
