Kristin Westling has extensive work experience in the field of HR and payroll systems. Kristin currently holds the position of Head of Compensation & HR Operations at Bonava. Prior to this, they worked at Skanska in various roles including Operativ ledare HR, Operativ ledare People hub, Head of HR system and communication, and Robot Lead (RPA) within HR, Head of HR and payroll systems, Payroll Manager, Project manager HR/time & labor, and Project manager and Business Solution Manager for IT-tools within HR/time & labor. Kristin has been responsible for managing HR processes, system management, payroll management, and project management. Kristin has a strong background in statistics, finance, and administration related to HR.
Kristin Westling completed their Gymnasieexamen in the Engelskspråkiga ekonomiska programmet at Hagagymnasiet, Borlänge in 1997. Kristin then pursued an Ekonomprogrammet at Växjö University from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they studied at Nya Zeeland, participating in the Programmet för Bachelor of Commerce. Finally, in 2000-2001, they attended Stockholm University where they obtained an Ekonomi magisterexamen in Organisation och Ledarskap.
