Eric Duncan

Eric Duncan currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Bonaventure, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Eric Duncan had an extensive tenure at Elme Communities from July 2016 to July 2023, progressing through various positions including Vice President and Senior Director of Residential Asset Management. Prior experience includes roles at UDR from April 2011 to July 2016, where Eric Duncan worked as a Business Analyst and East Coast Operations Analyst, as well as a stint as a Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE in 2012. Eric Duncan's early career included internships at The Philadelphia Orchestra and Lower Merion Township. Educationally, Eric Duncan graduated with a degree in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Legal Studies, from Drexel University in 2013, and has continued studies with Sea|mester and Liden Denz in Saint Petersburg.
