Piet Wielemans

Piet Wielemans is an architect with a strong focus on eco-logical building, renovation, and energy efficiency. Currently serving as an architect consulent for Stad Mechelen and Dubolimburg vzw, Wielemans also collaborates with Bond Beter Leefmilieu Vlaanderen as a presenter on energy and climate issues. Previous experience includes roles at FOD Volksgezondheid, FOD Leefmilieu, and Kamp C, contributing to various sustainability initiatives in construction and urban renewal. With a comprehensive educational background in architecture and environmental sciences, Wielemans has continuously expanded expertise through multiple specialized courses related to circular building practices and biodiversity.
