Cm-Bim Christopher Fogg Cm-Lean

Christopher Fogg has extensive work experience in construction management and integrated services. Christopher is currently serving as the Vice President of Integrated Services at BOND Building Construction. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Integrated Services at BOND Building Construction.

During their tenure at BOND Brothers, Inc., they served in various leadership roles, including Director of Integrated Services, Director of Virtual Design & Construction, and Virtual Design & Construction Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and the establishment of in-house laser scanning capabilities with Reality Capture. Christopher worked on a wide range of projects, including those in higher education, hospitals, and utility plants.

Before joining BOND Brothers, Inc., Fogg worked at Perini Building Company as an Estimator and later as a Cost Engineer / Project Engineer. Christopher was involved in the preconstruction department, preparing estimates, managing subcontract agreements, and overseeing the construction of the Gaylord National Harbor Resort and Convention Center project.

Fogg began their career as an Estimator Intern at Jackson Construction Company, where they gained experience in quantity take-offs, bid preparations, and subcontractor solicitation. Christopher also worked as an Estimator Intern at O'Connor Construction Mgmt., Inc., where they built a database of project costs and performed quantity take-offs.

Christopher Fogg, CM-BIM, CM-Lean, attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Construction Management (BCMT) degree with a focus on Construction Management. In addition to their degree, Christopher has also earned certifications in CM-LEAN from the Associated General Contractors of America in June 2017 and CM-BIM from the same institution in July 2015.
