Jake Greenberg

Jake Greenberg is a Development Analyst & Manager at Bond Companies since May 2021. Previously, Jake worked as a Real Estate Private Equity Associate at WREAA Fund I, L.P. from September 2021 to May 2022. Jake served as the Southeast region team leader for the $3 million WREAA Fund I and collaborated with other real estate graduate students. Jake holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
