Barbara Marissa Maisto

Barbara handles multiple aspects of commercial and general litigation for her clients, including the representation of nationally recognized insurance companies, product manufacturers and businesses.

Barbara has substantial experience in the areas of insurance coverage and defense involving property; construction; health, injury and workers compensation law; and product liability law. She has defended some of the country’s largest manufacturers against claims of defective manufacturing and design, breach of warranty, negligence, failure to warn and strict liability, and employment law in the defense of various state and federal employment discrimination and labor law claims.

Prior to joining Bond, Barbara was a partner at Putney, Twombly, Hall & Hirson LLP where she was a member in the firm’s litigation department.
