Jessica Kouba is a senior brand management professional currently serving as Senior Brand Manager for Bondi Sands at Kao Corporation since January 2024. In their previous role as Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Bondi Sands (January 2023 - Present), Jessica played a critical role in establishing the brand as a leader in the Beauty industry, achieving the #1 self-tan brand status and successfully launching the Technocolor self-tan product. Prior to Bondi Sands, Jessica worked at Huda Beauty as Senior Brand Manager, where innovative marketing strategies contributed to a 30% increase in brand equity.
