VP, Partner Growth and Customer Success at Bongo

Emily McLellan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Emily recently worked at Bongo, where they started as an Account Executive in March 2018. Emily then moved up to become a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, where they cultivated relationships with key partners and drove revenue through the integration of Bongo's product suite into partner solutions. Emily later became the Team Lead for the Strategic Partnerships Manager team before transitioning to the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships. Emily ultimately became the VP of Partner Growth and Customer Success.

Prior to Bongo, Emily worked at Cengage as a Marketing Manager, where they managed national marketing and sales strategies for upper-level Accounting, Finance, and Management portfolios. Emily successfully grew digital activations and delivered product messaging through various marketing campaigns and presentations.

Emily also has experience at Pearson Education as a Publisher's Representative, where they managed a territory of instructors and drove a significant increase in digital sales. Additionally, they worked at John Wiley and Sons as an Editorial Program Assistant, managing economics and finance products from development to market.

At UBS Investment Bank, Emily served as a Project Manager for Equities, collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and overseeing the creation of a global workflow tool that resulted in cost and time savings.

Overall, Emily has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, and project management throughout their career.

Emily McLellan completed their BA in English and History at the University of Delaware. Emily also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate from the Mountbatten Institute in London, England.
