Currently serving as the Manager of Revenue Requirement, Repayment and Financial Strategy at Bonneville Power Administration and as a J7 Staff Officer & CGRU Department Head at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Ethan has a notable history in the U.S. Coast Guard, where key roles included Pollution Response Supervisor and Deployable Team Leader.
