Stephanie Beckler

Stephanie Beckler has over 30 years of work experience in research and development, specializing in the development of materials for various industries. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director of Research & Development and Quality Assurance/IP at Bonset America Corporation since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Research Development at Saab Defense and Security USA from 2015 to present, where they were responsible for the design and direction of the development of multispectral camouflage for the United States Army. Stephanie has also worked as an R&D Manager at Freudenberg Nonwovens from 2010 to 2015, a Technical Group Leader at Rohm and Haas from 2000 to 2009, a Technical Group Leader at BF Goodrich from 1993 to 2000, and a Product Development Chemist at MACtac from 1990 to 1993.

Stephanie Beckler earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, completing their education between 1978 and 1982.
