Gelila Ayalew

Gelila Ayalew is a marketing and design professional with diverse experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, and user experience. Currently serving as Marketing Coordinator at Bonstra l Haresign ARCHITECTS since December 2022, Gelila also works as a Product Graphic Designer at Creative Insider Agency since June 2021, where responsibilities include designing websites and consulting for mobile applications. Previous roles include Marketing Designer at the College of BILT at Marymount University, where Gelila achieved 115% user engagement, and Graphic Web Designer at Bashert Publishers, responsible for creating book covers and websites. Additional experience includes UX/UI design at Netflix and marketing/visual design at MiraCosta College, where notable user conversion improvements were achieved. Gelila holds a degree in Design Studies with a minor in Graphic Design from Marymount University and an Associate of Arts in Studio Art from MiraCosta College, supplemented by a UX/UI certificate from Netflix Pathway Bootcamp.
