Amanda M. has a strong background in client success and strategic client programs. Amanda is currently serving as the SVP Client Success at Bonterra, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Social Solutions as the VP of Strategic Client Programs from March 2021 to April 2022. Amanda also gained valuable experience at Athena Software, where they held various roles including VP, Customer Experience from August 2019 to March 2021, Director of Professional Services from March 2018 to August 2019, Regional Manager from July 2016 to March 2018, and Senior Business Analyst from August 2014 to July 2016. Amanda started their career at Banyan Non-Profit Management Services as a Quality Assurance Officer from April 2011 to August 2014.

Amanda M. obtained an Honours Bachelor Degree in Political Science and History from McMaster University in the years 2002 to 2006.
